What we do

HALO helps local business owners take control of their Google reviews without hiring an agency or spending hours each week replying manually. We pull your Google Business Profile reviews into one dashboard, draft thoughtful responses using AI, and — only after you approve them — post your reply back to Google.

The result: faster response times, better review ratings over time, and more walk-in customers because your Google listing actually looks cared for.

Who we built it for

We work exclusively with independent local businesses — auto shops, restaurants, contractors, salons, locksmiths, pest control, roofing companies. If you're the owner or operator of a business with a Google listing and 10 to 500 reviews per year, HALO is built for you.

We don't work with national chains, marketing agencies managing thousands of profiles, or reputation-laundering operations. That's not who we serve, and it's not what HALO is for.

How it works

  1. Connect your Google Business Profile securely via Google's official OAuth flow
  2. HALO imports your reviews into a clean, organized dashboard
  3. AI drafts a response tailored to each review's tone, topic, and sentiment
  4. You review and approve every draft before anything gets posted
  5. Approved responses post back to Google automatically

You stay in control. Nothing goes live without your eyes on it first.

Our approach to your data

We only access the Google data you explicitly authorize, used only for the features described above. We don't sell your data. We don't share reviews with third parties for marketing. We're audited against Google's Limited Use Policy. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
